At Allegiance Flag Supply, we take immense pride in our American craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flags or hardware do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply download, print, and attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned flags, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
